KENTUCKY OFFICE MANAGER

Powerhouse Gaming is looking for a qualified Office Manager to support our Kentucky Sales & Marketing Team. This position serves a myriad of functions; including a variety of duties ranging from simple administrative tasks to complex project coordination for long-term multifaceted projects. Qualified candidates must have experience working with executive managers in a professional environment. This position requires flexibility, confidentiality, innovations, and a willingness to help out wherever needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and customer service to Kentucky managers and employees
  • Daily bank deposits
  • Collecting and sorting mail
  • Vendor and contract management
  • Assist in coordinating, monitoring and reporting on projects as directed by the State Managers
  • Report generation
  • Support sales staff
  • Assist with collections if needed
  • Coordinate Travel
  • Coordinate trade shows
  • Filing of contracts and documents (physical/electronic)
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, memos and emails
  • Maintain files and databases
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years working with Executive Level Management
  • High level Excel experience in addition to general Microsoft Office and Google Office applications
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, private-sector, for-profit environment with many different tasks and initiatives being concurrently executed
  • Ability to take direction and ask clarifying questions, while also taking initiative to move forward without direct supervision
  • Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and possess a high level of organization
