Powerhouse became our electronic tab vendor approximately 1 year ago.  Your team of Chris Regener and Melanie Horstkamp has truly represented your organization with distinction.  They always communicate with our Club Manager, stop by the club to make sure everything is working properly, and see if there is anything that they can do to help support and further our organization.  In addition, your executive team has come with them on several occasions expressing the same consideration for which we are grateful.  Powerhouse has lived up to all agreements and then gone above and beyond in some instances to insure our satisfaction.  It is not often that you find a company that truly wants to partner with their customers.  Most only say such things as a sales line, but Powerhouse is not one of them.

“We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for allowing our post to have your electronic pull tab machines at our location. As I am sure you recall, when we were approached by Powerhouse Gaming (and by some of your competitors), we were adamant that we did not want the machines, and were not open to discussion on the topic.

After about six months, and many visits from members of your team, we “gave in” and allowed the machines to be demonstrated at one of our bingo sessions. At that time, we agreed to give the machines a trial run to see if they would actually be played and if we would profit from having them.
 
We are approaching our one-year anniversary with our Powerhouse electronic pull tab machines, and I cannot begin to express how happy we are with the machines and the Powerhouse team.
